Shipping & Return Policy

At Tranquility Spa Treat, we want you to love your home spa experience. If something isn't quite right with your order, we are here to help.

Order Processing & Shipping

• Order Cancellations: You may request to cancel your order before it ships by clicking "Request Refund" in your account dashboard or by contacting Customer Service. Once an order has entered the shipping phase, it cannot be canceled.

• Tracking & Delivery: Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. If tracking fails to update or encounters severe delays, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

• Incorrect Shipping Address: Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. If the item has already shipped, you may need to contact the carrier directly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

Returns & Refunds

• Return Window: After-sales and return requests must be submitted within 25 days of the delivery date.

• Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, broken, or with missing items, please submit a return request along with clear photo or video proof within 25 days. Once verified:

  • We will provide a prepaid return label within 3 business days (if the item needs to be returned).

  • Your refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days.

• Standard Returns (Change of Mind):

  • Returns for non-defective items ("change of mind") are subject to review based on the specific product guidelines listed on the product page.

  • If accepted, returned items must be unused and in original condition.

  • A restocking and repacking fee of up to 35% of the total order price may be deducted from your refund, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

How to File a Return or Dispute

1. Log in to your Tranquility Spa Treat account.

2. Navigate to your Order History and select the order you need help with.

3. Submit a return/refund request along with any required photos or details.

4. Our support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Note: Tranquility Spa Treat reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updated terms take effect immediately upon posting.
